01. Start
Hydro Steam Northwest faced significant challenges due to the absence of an online presence. Without a website, the company struggled to reach potential customers and promote their eco-friendly steam cleaning services. The lack of visibility in a competitive market hindered their ability to attract new clients and showcase their unique selling points. Additionally, the inability to present detailed information about their services, customer testimonials, and contact options made it difficult for prospective clients to trust and choose Hydro Steam Northwest over competitors.
Addressing these challenges was crucial for Hydro Steam Northwest to establish an effective online presence, attract more customers, and communicate their brand identity.
To address these challenges, I designed a new website for Hydro Steam Northwest with a modern aesthetic that aligns with their eco-friendly and professional brand. The design incorporated high-quality images and engaging content to highlight their steam cleaning services and environmental commitment. I focused on creating a user-friendly experience by structuring the site with intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action, and easy access to important information such as services, testimonials, and contact details. Additionally, I adopted a mobile-first design approach, guaranteeing full responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes, which is crucial for accessibility and user satisfaction.
These solutions collectively established Hydro Steam Northwest’s online presence, improved user engagement, and effectively communicated their brand identity, positioning them as a leading provider of eco-friendly steam cleaning services.
02. Research
In the research and discovery phase, I conducted comprehensive interviews with the client to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, target audience, and unique value proposition. I analyzed competitor websites to identify industry standards and areas where Hydro Steam Northwest could differentiate itself. Additionally, I defined the target audience through detailed market research, focusing on demographics, preferences, and behaviors of homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients in the Pacific Northwest. User surveys and testing provided valuable insights into preferences and expectations, guiding my design decisions. This thorough research phase ensured that the website would meet user needs and business goals, laying a solid foundation for the design process.
